Q: What's Advanced Exchange Recovery?
A: Advanced Exchange Recovery(AEXR) is a powerful recovery tool for Microsoft Exchange offline storage(.ost) files. It 
uses advanced technologies to scan the orphaned or damaged offline storage files(.ost) and recover your mail messages,

To solve this issue, please:

1. Install Microsoft Outlook on your computer if it has not be installed yet.
2. Set Outlook as the default e-mail client on the computer. To do this, follow these steps: 
2.1 Start Microsoft Internet Explorer. 
2.2 On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. 
2.3 Click the Programs tab. 
2.4 In the E-mail box, click Microsoft Outlook. 
2.5 Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
3. Restart Advanced Exchange Recovery to repair your PST files. 

Q: When recovering the OST file, I get the error message in the recovery log "Error 5: Cannot create destination file. Please make sure Outlook is installed in the Corporate or Workgroup mode. You may also refer to the faq in the help document for the detailed information.". How to solve this issue?
A: Advanced Exchange Recovery requires your Outlook to be installed in Corporate or Workgroup mode.

To solve this issue, please:
1. Start Outlook.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options. 
3. On the Mail Delivery Tab, click Reconfigure Mail Support. 
4. On the E-mail Service Options page, click to select the Corporate Workgroup option. Click Next. 
4. Read the warning message and then click Yes. Outlook will close.  
5. Restart Outlook. The Windows Installer will start and install the required files.

Q: I failed to repair my Microsoft Exchange offline storage(.ost) file with Advanced Exchange Recovery, why?
